This is a tough question to answer and we might have our own reservations for it, but R.K mentioned a good point in my previous post that has given me the idea for this one. As your community leader should you choose a fresher or a person with political experience.
RK says - I feel for freshers in the politics too. I believe that since it has been very long for us preferring the experience, now the freshers must also be given a chance ;)I think it entirely depends on the work experienced person. A seasoned person might well know the problems faced by the people and could come up with solutions but will also know the tweaks and tricks of misusing the system. A fresher might make a lot of mistakes, might be influenced by corrupt people and could screw it all up. But on the other hand he/she can also bring about radically new solutions that could be simple and be in sync with youth's demand. A fresher can be associated with change.
In the current scenario, Mr L K Advani has come out in the open as BJP/NDA's prime ministerial candidate, which I think as a strategy could have both positive as well as negative effects. On the other hand, congress, which has the likes of sweet Rahul Gandhi(video below) has not appealed to me as far his parliament speeches are concerned. According to me they have been lackluster as compared to even that of his mother Mrs Sonia Gandhi. So to say that Rahul is exceptionally great in terms of the new generation leader would not be completely correct. I feel he still needs to work a lot on himself. But then congress has an edge over BJP in turms of the number of leaders. BJP has too few leaders and very few young people to actually take the sangh forward. This time with more media coverage, it'll be interesting to see how the polls take shape.
I'd like to know your choice- Work Experience or Fresher ?
One person I'll miss the most is Mr Somnath Chatterjee, but I'll be waiting to read his book.
I would like to comment on you saying that freshers might make mistakes
ReplyDeleteTo err in-deliberately is human.
To err deliberately is politician.
We need Leaders !!
U might also like my views and learning from Mr. Somnath Chatterjee in my blog.
well i may correct u R.K here that nt only freshers make mistakes, experinced too... No body is perfect, bt failure is the stepping stone to success.. and as far as fresher is concerned in politics then i too want feshers should b in politics bcz they are more energetic n enthusisatic towards life, dats doesn't mean that experinced or old ppl are not... they r too... but the way the freshers knw abt their fellows's current needs r much more then that the experinced 1s.. i feel experinced ppl smwhw stuck to their limited observations n thinking..bt a fresher have totally a new look for everything...
ReplyDeleteFreshers have new ideas with current senerios n demands... they have new appraoch to do the thing in a right way..
ya i too agree that freshers may do mistakes or may not....so here i would like to suggest that Polictics is not a game of single person, its a game of team, so our team should be a combition of both xperinced n freshers, if say e.g. a team is of 3 ppl, then 1 xperinced and 2 freshers should b employed..
Arey, I commented on him ! He had said in his post that "freshers might make mistake".
ReplyDeleteI dont think freshers make that much mistakes as experienced ones do.
And thats a very good ratio of freshers to so called experienced ones.
Mistakes are known as Experience !
hhahhaa........o ya i realize my mistake R.K.,....hay sushant that above was for u....sry R.K.
