Winter's claim - Emerging India, Naked India

As we call ourselves an emerging economy having one of the fastest growing mobile subscriber base and scams where counting the number of zeros is a no less herculean, this winter brings a shocking reality
Democracy means simply the bludgeoning of the people by the people for the people
~ Oscar Wilde
- The winter has claimed 65 lives in one of the most populous Indian state - Uttar Pradesh. As the government is more involved in not relinquishing control of CBI, or debating on the validity of accounting in calculating the loss due to 2G scam, it has simply forgotten it's primary job of providing shelter to the homeless in this country. While minister's are debating on whether they can or not afford the food security bill, these loss of lives should make the blood boil of every Indian. All I can see is apathy towards the value of human life in this country.
Who is accountable for these 65 lives?
